The off set roof design, and overhang gives this building a unique and stylish look.
This design, sometimes referred to as a Tack Room, can make a fashion statement as
well as fill many needs. Please check the variations below.

The Oxford features Off-set roof line, overhang, and architectural shingles.
Door design is an Oxford exclusive, however any wood door design is available.
Option items shown on above models:
Cupola, Window, Shutters, Flower Box, Steps, and Lattice.

- On-Site-Construction: Custom Built by Experienced Craftsman

- Leveling: Leveling up to 18" included; there is a nominal fee for requirements exceeding 18"
Leveling is accomplished by placing cap blocks on the high part of the ground and 8" concrete blocks on the low end. Shims will be added as needed.
|
- Support System: Buildings are supported by 4"x4" pressure treated beams, referred to as runners. The runners are elevated from the ground and centered on the concrete leveling blocks.
|
- Floor Joists: Pressure treated 2"x6" joists.
|
- Flooring: 3/4" Pressure treated plywood.
|
- Studs: Number 2 white wood spaced on 16" centers.
|
- Top and Bottom Plates: Number 2 white wood. single bottom plate and single top plate.
12' and 16' wide models, have double top plates.
|
- Ceiling Rafters: 2"x4" rafters on 24" centers. Number 2 white wood.
16' wide models, 2"x6" rafters on 24" centers.
|
- Siding: LP Smartside primed standard, upgrade to Duratemp primed, Vinyl or Hardilap
|
- Roofing: 7/16" 4'x8' sheets of OSB , the industry standard.
|
- Eave Board: 2"x6" white wood front and sides, 2"x4" on back
|
- Fascia Board: 1"x4" white wood all sides.
|
- Trim Boards: 1"x4" primed white
wood.

|
- Shingles: Architectural Shingles. Manufacturer 30 year warranty.
Felt Paper (15#) is included as a part of standard shingle installation.

- Double Doors: Either 48", 60", or 72" wide openings. All doors are 2"x4" white wood
and mounted on a 6' galvanized hinge.

- Ventilation System: Gable end vents.
