- Leveling: Leveling up to 18" included; there is a nominal fee for requirements exceeding 18"
Leveling is accomplished by placing cap blocks on the high part of the ground and 8" concrete blocks on the low end. Shims will be added as needed.

- Support System: Buildings are supported by 4"x4" pressure treated beams, referred to as runners. The runners are elevated from the ground and centered on the concrete leveling blocks.

- Floor Joists: Pressure treated 2"x6" joists.
|
- Flooring: 3/4" Pressure treated plywood.
|
- Studs: Number 2 white wood spaced on 16" centers.
|
- Top and Bottom Plates: Number 2 white wood. single bottom plate and double top plate.
|
- Ceiling Rafters: 2"x6" number two white wood on 24" centers.
|
- Siding: HardyPanel* fiber cement, stucco-like siding. Primed 1/2" siding comes with a
50 year manufacturer's limited warranty.
