The "Woodridge" garage offers many extras in a basic design. Commercial trusses, garage door, entrance door,three windows, and concrete slab are all included.(see key benefits)
Ranging in sizes from 20'x20' to 24'x40'. Special sizes are available.
The typical sizes 20'x20' and 24'x24' are our most popular, however special sizes and conversion projects such as turning the Woodridge into a workshop, music or hobby room, work-out facility, or most any function that fits your needs, with the available option items, can make a need, a reality.

  • On-Site-Construction: Custom Built by Experienced Craftsman.
  • Concrete Slab: 4" monolithic slab with footers.
  • Leveling: Leveling up to 12" included; there is a fee for site work requirements exceeding 12"
  • Studs: Number 2 white wood spaced on 16" centers.
  • Top and Bottom Plates: Top plate, double white wood. Bottom plate, single pressure treated.
  • Double Plates: Over doors and windows.
  • Overhang/Eaves: Approximate 12" overhang all sides.
  • Trusses: Commercially produced. 8/12 roof pitch commercially produced attic trusses.
  • Roofing: 7/16" 4'x8' sheets of OSB, plywood clips included.
  • Shingles: Manufacturer 25 year warranty. A variety of color choices. Up-Grades Available.
    Felt Paper (15#) is included as a part of standard shingle installation.
  • Siding: LP Smartside primed standard, upgrade to Duratemp primed, Vinyl or Hardilap.
  • Sidewalls: 8' Tall.
  • Fascia:1"x6" white wood.
  • Trim Boards: 1"x4" primed white wood.
  • Garage Doors: 20' wide garages, one each 16'x7' steel overhead.
    24' wide garages, one each 18'x7' steel overhead
  • Entry Door: One each 36" six panel steel insulated door.
  • Windows: 3 each, choice of 24"x32" wood tilt down or 24"x36" vinyl tilt down.
  • Ventilation: Vents under soffits and ridge vent 10' aluminum sections.
